1. Can I cancel my order or change my address after placing my order?
If you would like to cancel an order or make an update after purchasing, we recommend contacting our support team as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to catch the order before it is processed, please note that we ship orders quickly and cancellation and updates may not always be possible.

1.How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–3 business days.
For our international community outside of Hong Kong, expect your gear at your door within 5–7 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! To help you level up your wardrobe, we offer Free Shipping (to lockers or your door) on all orders over $500 HKD. For orders under $500, a flat rate of $29 HKD applies.

1. How do I know which size to pick?
Our gear is designed for an athletic fit. Our tops typically have a slightly tapered waist and tighter sleeves to highlight your physique. If you prefer a "pump cover" (oversized) look, we recommend sizing up. Check out our General Size Chart for size recommendation. 2. The item I want is sold out. What now?
Our drops move fast. If an item is out of stock, go to the product page and click "Notify Me When Available." You’ll be the first to know the second it’s back in the cycle.

1. How should I wash my Gymnexx gear?
To keep your gear looking fresh and the fabric performing at its best, we recommend:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Hang dry (avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage and protect technical fibers).
- Do not iron the logo.

1. What is your return policy?
Not the right fit? No sweat. We offer a 30-day exchange or return policy for all unworn items with tags still attached. Just shoot us an email or a DM, and we’ll help you get the right size back in your gym bag. You may visit our return policy page for further details.
