Refund policy

At Gymnexx, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please read our return policy below before submitting a request.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • in its original condition
  • with all tags, packaging, and accessories included

Items returned to us that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • underwear
  • socks
  • swimwear
  • items marked Final Sale
  • gift cards
  • any worn, washed, or altered item

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@gymnexx.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for return
  • clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions.

Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

For standard returns such as size issues, change of mind, or style preference:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error:

  • Gymnexx will cover the return shipping cost, or provide a prepaid label if applicable

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Customers may choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Original Payment Method

Refunds issued to the original payment method will have a handling fee of HKD 35 deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Store Credit / Gift Card

Customers who choose to receive their refund as Gymnexx store credit (gift card) will receive the full refund amount with no handling fee deducted.

Store credit is issued digitally and can be used on any future purchase at gymnexx.com.

Please note:

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault
  • handling fees may be deducted from eligible refunds issued to the original payment method
  • no handling fee will be charged for defective, incorrect, or damaged items confirmed by us

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges.

If exchanges are available, they may only be offered for:

  • the same item in a different size
  • the same item in a different color, subject to stock availability

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund according to this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. check your bank or payment account again
  2. contact your payment provider
  3. contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy above.

Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who repeatedly abuse the return process, return items in poor condition, or violate this policy.
