1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Local Shipping (Hong Kong)
Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
Delivery Fee: See during checkout
Deliveries are made via SF Express or Hongkong Post.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days
Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Pre-orders & Backorders
Items marked as pre-order will have estimated shipping dates mentioned on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
