Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, including changes to the size, colour, items, or delivery address. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update. 

We unfortunately have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers would be responsible for paying all customs/duties fees.  

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive a delivery notification—only to find no package in sight. While it may seem unusual, carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" prematurely, with the actual delivery occurring later. We’ve seen this happen often, though there’s still no clear explanation for why it occurs.

Here’s what we recommend:

• Please allow 2 business days from the marked delivery date. In many cases, the package arrives during this window.
• During that time, we also suggest checking around your property, with neighbors, or even asking your mail carrier if they’ve seen the package.

In most cases they will be processed within 2-7 business days from the delivery date to our facility. Once it has been processed you would receive a confirmation email confirming your return/exchange.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for both Hong Kong and international orders or refunds on customs or duties 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.

• A clear photo or video showing the issue
• Details of any incorrect or missing items

Once we receive the information, our team will review your case and provide the available resolution options. Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be covered under our policy.

Popular Gymnexx styles and sizes can sell out quickly. While some limited-release items may not return, most products are restocked regularly, typically within 90-180 days of their previous launch or restock. Timing may vary depending on demand and availability.

To receive a restock notification:

- Select the product and size you want.

- Click “Join Waitlist.”

- Enter your email address.

We’ll email you as soon as the item is available again. Restocked products may sell out quickly, so availability is not guaranteed after a notification is sent.

Items marked with a red sale price are generally discontinued and are unlikely to be restocked.
